Fitness and Active Lifestyle primarily is programming for Adults and Seniors. Programs run 7 to 8 weeks and then change automatically. Adult focus is on strength, stretch and mobility and healthy lifestyle, Senior focus is on fall prevention, movement quality, and strength. *We are an online company. The following are requirements for all Maves Athletics Subscriptions:
1. Sign up for monthly subscription.
2. Complete and return on-boarding paperwork that will be sent to you upon completion of monthly subscription.
3. Download "TrueCoach" app for strength training program.
4. Schedule an initial video consult (Zoom) with Coach Maves (This is mandatory for completion of subscription application)

Private Lessons
NON-MEMBERS - MEMBERS
Private Lessons can be purchased by members & non-members. Sessions are 45-60 minutes in length depending on the individual needs of the client. These can be purchased as a single session or a block of 10 sessions for a reduced price.
